Helping Crucial Crew

Getting Involved

If you wish to become involved with the Interactive Safety Education Centre – we would like to hear from you!

Help can come in many forms – not just as a large cheque, but also perhaps as a staff secondment, provision of services, donation of goods, or as a volunteer instructor (all of whom will undergo a DBS check at Enhanced Level).

Why not have our attractive display in your Company’s reception area, or promote the concept with your staff and customers?

The support of Hertfordshire-based companies and organisations will be welcomed, and acknowledged, at the Centre itself, in its promotional advertising, and with links established through the Crucial Crew website.

Volunteering

We are always looking for passionate volunteers to help Crucial Crew, from schools, organisations and individuals.

Help can come in many forms, from providing expertise to assist in the running of Crucial Crew workshops through to helping set-up and organise the many Crucial Crew events or taking part in fundraising activities.

Sponsorship

There are a number of opportunities for Partners who get involved with Crucial Crew.

Become a Crucial Crew Partner and benefit from wide promotion and opportunities across the region. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for forward-thinking, socially responsible companies. Benefits include:

  • Positive, value for money PR
  • Exposure within the Centre to a wide range of audiences
  • Meet Corporate Social Responsibility requirements
  • Volunteering, staff development and team building opportunities
  • Use our Centre and facilities at a discount or as part of a package
  • Build your presence and awareness across the region with a high profile charity

We offer different levels of sponsorship packages, dependent on the level of support your company wishes to provide to Crucial Crew. Click here to download a copy of our Sponsorship Packages Leaflet.

Transport

One of the ways that you or your organisation can help is to provide transport facilities to schools and groups that would find it difficult to make the journey to the Hertfordshire Crucial Crew Interactive Safety Centre or one of its events.

If you feel that you can help in this area, even on an ad hoc basis, we would like to hear from you. Use our Contact Form to send in your details and how you can help with transport and we’ll get back to you.

Help in kind

Sometimes it’s easier, and just as helpful, to provide the charity with help in kind. These are just some examples to get your creative ideas flowing. Have a better idea? Get in touch!

Construction: Fancy building us a new safety house, developing a water safety area, fitting out a pub or shop, or installing a bus stop? These are just a few of the ideas we have to update and develop scenarios.

Marketing: could you do some design and print work for us? Design new signage?

Goodie Bags: could you provide relevant information or safety/health materials for one of our programmes?
